Riaz Cook underwent primary education at Moffat Primary School before going on to Prince Edward High School where he completed his A levels. He underwent tertiary education in England where he gained a diploma in Project Management and Economics. He has a vast and diverse work experience repertoire from transcribing for NGOs, refuse collection, vehicle clamping operative, post man, porter, driver aid, farm manager, back of house – event set up and front of house positions in hospitality at racecourses , football/rugby stadia enabling him to work, travel and interact with different kinds of people across Zimbabwe, England and Wales. Religiously he underwent tutelage under the late Imam Elmi. He is passionate about learning about GOD ALMIGHTY and passing whatever he learns on to whomever he is able to. A keen learner of the Noble Quran, Tafsir , Hadith , Fiqh as well as the Hebrew Bible and the Gospels , his pursuit for knowledge has led him to forging relationships with prominent Sheikhs, Rabbis, Pastors across the globe. He endeavours to enable the reader to see, be inspired and appreciate the beautiful way of life that is Islam, whilst dispelling some of the misconceptions that haze its truths.
